We had a couple special details that were important to us and they were very responsive and worked with us to make sure those were right. After doing the measurements, I completely changed my mind on what product I chose. Mohammed worked with me until I was completely satisfied with my choice. Mazan (the owner)and Abie did all the measurements and literally spent hours making sure it was perfect. The crew that did the install was extremely efficient and professional. I believe it is important to give credit where credit is due. We had spoken with several granite fabricators in an... effort to source a high quality company for our kitchen, laundry and bath granite needs. Alma Granite was far and away the most attentive company we spoke with. It is a family owned business and the son's, who are in the front office, are courteous and professional. But Alma's secret weapon is the father who works on design and installation. When my wife and I first met him, he came off the production floor to discuss our install. He was covered in dust from working stone as if he just came out of the quarry, and clearly old school. As we discussed the install, he queried us on the type of granite and the size of our counters. He was adamant that the install should be accomplished with as few seams as possible. In fact, because he was involved early, we were sure to source slabs that would allow countertops with NO seams. The install was accomplished on time and professionally. Alma took great care to avoid damage to our walls and epoxy floors. A great company that I would not hesitate to use again, or refer to friends and family.read more

Exceptional customer service. Was really impressed when I visited the Milford shop how attentive they were to my needs.... I noticed a small imperfection on a peace of granite I liked. They pulled the granite out to check it after I left, and called me right away when they noticed the other side of the granite was almost finished. They could have easily let me drive away! Awesome communication with the team through text. Texted our cabinets were installed on a Sunday, they were out the next day to make a template. That’s really unique to this industry. Our granite was installed 7 days (5 business days) later- way faster than we anticipated. The install was smooth and no issues identified. Bonus that they showed up on time! I highly recommend Alma and will return to them for all my natural stone needs.read more

Counter tops and... island are beautiful.After installation, chip and scratch were found on island counter top. Alma sent someone within a few days to repair both the chip and the scratch. It was not explained that the quartz may stain, but ultimately I would have wanted the chip and scratch repaired even though the island has two small stains - they are not overly noticeable.Would recommendread more

There was an imperfection in one of them (from the supplier, not thier fault) and after I sent them a picture they replaced it.
